Beautiful Beginnings

In my micro economics class we are developing a plan for a plot near the 46th street El station. Before we can begin all of our plans we have to go over many different factors such as the history of the area and the marketing around it. (as in how much things will cost.) Our research on these things will allow us to figure out what would be good in that plot. Hopefully we can come up with something perfect.
